Yes, I'd like to participate in the revitalization of Catholic Evangelism in America. If not us, who? If not now, when? We, the laity, comprise 99% of the Catholic Church. If there is to be a revitalized Catholic Church in America - the major responsibility is ours.

Our Goal - To place full-page and half-page proclamations, "What is a Catholic?" in newspapers and magazines and on websites throughout America.

75% of Catholic families do not attend Sunday mass
Average age of a Catholic priests and nuns is over 60 years old
Almost half of all Catholic high schools have closed since 1965
Catholic marriages have fallen by one-third since 1965
In 2002, only 450 new priests were ordained
Since 1965, two-thirds of seminaries have closed

   Through advertising that is attractive, welcoming and non-threatening, we can remind our Catholic brothers and sisters who have temporarily lapsed in their obligations how important and how lucky they are to be Catholic.
